How to delete your KeepUp account

In the app

1. Open KeepUp.
2. Tap your avatar on the home screen and choose "Profile".
3. Scroll down and tap the red "Delete account" row.
4. Confirm with "Delete account".

The account is deleted immediately, and then the welcome screen opens. You can delete a guest account without an email the same way.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We will delete the account and data within 10 days and reply when it is done.

We cannot find a guest account without an email from a message: delete it in the app while the app is still installed.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently:

• your account and email;
• the "About me" questionnaire;
• lesson progress, answers, learned words, mock exam results;
• conversations with Minji;
• voice recordings;
• problem reports.

What remains:

• AI cost records — not linked to you, only amounts and models;
• data in database backups — for up to 7 days, then it disappears;
• error reports (up to 90 days) and statistics events (up to 12 months) — with the account ID only, no name or email; after deletion they cannot be linked to you, and then they disappear;
• your emails to support — up to 1 year after the last email;
• purchase records, if the law requires us to keep them.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

Delete only part of your data

If you want to keep your account but delete, for example, voice recordings or conversations, write to [email protected] from your account's email address. Voice recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway.
